Flagsource Southeast Refund Policy

New merchandise may be returned for refund up to 30 days from the original receipt date. (No refunds on heavily used merchandise; exchange/store credit only.) All returns must include the original sales receipt. Flagsource Southeast does not refund any shipping charges and all returns must be shipped to Flagsource Southeast at the customer's expense. To qualify for a refund, merchandise must arrive in new condition with the original label/tickets still intact. 

  • Flagsource Southeast does not issue refunds on special order merchandise.
  • By law, Flagsource Southeast reserves the right to take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation of the receipt and inspection of merchandise to post refunds to purchasing credit card.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for certain items like flagpoles and other bulky products.

Flagsource Southeast Shipping Policy

Turnaround- All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days of receipt. Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. Orders received after 2 pm on Friday may be subject to being shipped the following Monday. Special item orders can take longer to ship.


Carrier- We use UPS to ship most products. Some third-party shipping services use other services like the USPS. We will make sure the delivery will be handled with care.


Order Tracking- A tracking # is almost always provided by the shipping carrier, we will update the order with tracking information.


Shipping Rates- The rate charged for the shipping is a flat fee of 12$ for any order under 75$. Free Shipping with orders over 75$. Shipping calculation may also be based on weight. Flagpole shipments will be quoted upon request. Items 30$ or less, and that weigh less than 1 LBS will be subject to 5$ shipping. Please Note: Our free shipping offer applies exclusively to flag orders exceeding $75. However, due to their size and shipping requirements, flagpoles are not included in this promotion. Flagpoles are shipped via large freight trucks, and as such, are subject to separate shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding.


Backorders- If an item goes on backorder we will ship you what we have in stock. When the unavailable items are back in stock, we will ship them out immediately. We will provide this information via email or phone call.
